I've had a pinboard lying around for so long and I've always wanted to put it up but I never knew what to put up until recently. I decided to make a calender, put my white board on it and pin any kind of reminders and pictures!
I was happy it was up but it still looked boring to me! So I headed over to Joann's and bought some fabric and a trim to make it more appealing and one of a kind. I Love how it turned out so I thought I'd share with you how you can make you're reminders much more appealing.
1) I got fabric, a trim, scissors, and a glue gun. 2) I laid the fabric out flat and made sure there were no wrinkles and started to glue the back of the board. 3) I cut the trim into four pieces (2 width 2 length) and glued it to the rim of the board. 4) I glued down the trim a bit so it didn't stick up as much.
I just can't get over how it turned out! such a difference! I can't wait to get crafts like this done with Lauren when we move! It's coming up so quick I can"t wait!
